Who you buy from, and who answers for what
Zio is a marketplace, not the seller. Every product is sold by an independent shop. Zio lists the shop and passes on your order — it does not stock, pack, ship, price or sell anything, and it never receives or holds your payment.
Return windows, exchange rules and manufacturer warranties are set by each shop, not by Zio. If they matter to you, ask the shop before you buy. Zio offers no return policy, warranty or guarantee of its own on any product.
Check your order in front of the person delivering it, before you hand over the delivery fee and before you give the delivery code — that is when a problem is easiest to fix.
Raise it with the shop, using the phone or WhatsApp button on your order screen. The remedy — replacement, refund, redelivery or nothing — is theirs to give. Zio did not pack or see the order and holds none of your money, so it cannot issue a refund, force one, or make good a shortfall.
You may cancel an order before the shop confirms it. After that, cancelling is up to the shop.
Zio does not issue refunds and cannot — it never held the money. Any refund comes from the shop's own account to yours, on terms you agree with the shop.
If an order goes wrong, contact Zio anyway. Zio will reach the shop for you, share the order record it holds, and can warn, suspend or remove a shop that has behaved badly. It cannot recover your money or compel a shop to refund.
